As a service provider, the know-how as well as the know-how of our employees are key elements of our quality of service. We take care to maintain a close relationship with our teams in a profession, that of ART, which has many enthusiasts among them.
We set up training programs that meet the expectations of our teams, whether they are functional or operational
Mandatory training to ensure the safety of our teams and operational processes
Continuous training to capitalize on our different know-how and to improve the skills of our teams
The partnership with EILOA, the leading school for training in the logistics of works of art, to train our future installers by passing on the best practices in the trade
Recruitment at LP Art follows certain strict guidelines, it is a moral obligation towards our clients. A clean criminal record is required as a first step of control.
A second very restrictive step is linked to our status as an agent approved by the DGAC (Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile). To obtain this status, LP Art implements numerous security procedures on each of its sites.
In particular, at the time of recruitment, a thorough prefectural investigation is conducted by the police on each employee hired. This investigation allows each employee to obtain a prefectoral clearance, proof of a decent citizen life (in this sense, the investigation is more restrictive than the criminal record). Failure to obtain this clearance or the withdrawal of the clearance results in immediate removal from the company's workforce.
