Following its presentation at the Centre Pompidou-Metz from January 21 to October 4, 2020, LP Art has transferred the Folklore exhibition to the Mucem in Marseille (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations) where a large part of the works will be on view until February 22, 2021: a move of 422 works by some fifty lenders from nine countries that mobilized eight LP Art installers for ten days.
This exhibition, conceived by the Centre Pompidou-Metz and the Mucem, traces the relationship between artists and folklore, thanks in particular to the collections of the Mucem, heir to the Musée National des Arts et Traditions Populaires.
