The building site of the collections of the Centre national des arts plastiques (CNAP)

The Centre national des arts plastiques (CNAP) is moving its reserves from La Défense to Pantin.
Responsible for promoting contemporary creation in all fields of visual arts, the CNAP manages collections consisting of 105,000 works. These collections will all be moved to Pantin by 2024, by which time 40,000 works will have been processed by a team of experts: identification of the works, verification of their state of conservation, restoration, photography, reconditioning before being moved and anticipation of their storage in the new Pantin site.
Equipped with all the necessary means, the LP Art teams are working continuously for a period of three years on this major removal operation.
As an illustration of the current phase of preparation for the move of the CNAP collections, a video offers us "a dive into the heart of the reserves": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFsvU471H2M
