A major event in the new academic year, the Fondation Louis Vuitton Paris will present the exhibition "The Morozov Collection. Icons of Modern Art". This is the first time that the Morozov Collection is presented outside of Russia. It brings together more than 200 masterpieces of modern French and Russian art by the Moscow brothers Mikhail Abramovich Morozov (1870-1903) and Ivan Abramovich Morozov (1871-1921), Among them are major works by Cézanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Renoir, Monet, Bonnard, Denis, Matisse, Derain and Picasso, as well as artists of the Russian avant-garde such as Vroubel, Malevitch, Répine, Larionov and Sérov.
The main lenders are the Pushkin Museum in Moscow, the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg and the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.
LP Art made 27 shipments for this exhibition - from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine - including 6 air shipments by cargo and 21 by truck. LP Art's team of installers was on site for a month and also accompanied some 40 Russian couriers to the site.
