Olmec, quai Branly

Presented since October 9, 2020 at the Quai Branly Museum, the exhibition "The Olmecs and the Cultures of the Gulf of Mexico" honors the Olmec culture and its diffusion over time. It brings together more than three hundred pieces, some of which are shown for the first time outside of Mexico, which reveal the immense diversity of the pre-Columbian world.
For two weeks, six LP Art installers were permanently mobilized and had to show ingenuity to install very large pieces requiring a permanent adaptation of the equipment on site.
Among the key works, a stone head weighing 4.5 tons was installed at the entrance of the museum on September 28, 2020 with the help of two LP Art teams, consisting of twelve people in total.
