LP Art realized at the beginning of October an extremely delicate operation, coordinated by an archaeologist in close cooperation with several people of the Natural Park of Gâtinais, the DRAC Île-de-France and the town hall of Larchant.
It was a question of extracting from a sandy forest soil, in a cave with a low ceiling, the block of Larchant, masterpiece of the prehistoric heritage of Ile-de-France, very fragile and of a weight difficult to estimate.
Additional constraint, the maneuver took place under the observation of about thirty people, among which two film teams and the scientific team in charge of carrying out the necessary studies, in particular, to the digitalization of the block.
In spite of a horse-drawn logging operation that proved to be more difficult than expected, the work carried out by the LP Art team was admired by all the observers, who all agreed to underline the dexterity, ingenuity, precision and delicacy that they demonstrated at every moment. A perfectly united team!
